dwi trial vs accepting plea in Dallas
My lawyer has advised me after viewing my tape, that my first offense dwi case has a good opportunity to be aquitted in trial. I am worried that if found guilty at trial that my penalty will be more severe then if I would have accepted the plea. Also, without going to trial could my lawyer bargain for a better plea. He seems to avoiding my question on the latter matter. Friends of mine have pleaed down to a obstruction of the highway? Can this happen?

Hello there,
People in Dallas County have been getting plea agreements for obstuction of a HWY, however there has to bee some extenuating circustances why they would offer that reduction.
