I'm trying to find out how severe the punishment for my friend Michelle could be.
She has 3 Class B Misdemeanor charges all from the same night. She was under 21 going 100 in a 40, drunk but refused the breathalizer, and had an open container. Are they all counted as individual crimes?

Yes, they are all individual crimes. Class B misdemeanors carry a max punishment of up to 180 days in jail and a $2,000 fine.
As far as how severe the punishment would be, most jurisdictions around where i practice might be willing to do a hefty probation on the DWI and dump the other two.
It is hard to say what will happen though, it will depend on the details of the case, the prosecutor, and the judge.
