My husband got pulled over on Aug. 10, 2010 and was charged with DWI. He has two DWI's from 22 years ago. What do you think will happen when we go to court?

Have you spoken with an attorney? Call if you have any questions as you need to have the cares looked over to see how they were handled. Worst case: depending how those cases were handled he could run the risk of it being a state jail felony.

Actually, a third DWI in Texas is a 3rd degree felony carrying from 2 to 10 years in prison or up to 10 years of probation and a fine of up to $10,000.
I would recommend contacting a lawyer who is well-versed in DWI defense to handle your husband's case.
