Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

Is it legal for u to refuse a breathalizer test and the trooper make u go to the hospital and give blood . They said that if I didnt they would have me restrained and have the nurse to take it

If there is a death or probability of a death, there is a blood test. If you refuse a breath test on a regular DWI, if the cops get a warrant they can take you to a facility where you will be forced to give blood. They must have a warrant, though.
