My brother is tring 2 get his license back how can he go about it if they where supended for tickets and poss. Of marijuna

Hello there,
If his license was suspended for a drug charge he can take a substance abuse class and submit that to DPS showing he complied with the course in order to get his DL back.
If his license is suspended due to the drug charge he can obtain an occupational license for occupational purposes.
He is also going to have to get special insurance called and SR22. That can be obtained through you insurance provider.
