if license was suspended for d.u.i for 6 months then was to be giving back already,but then violated the probation and then givin a warrant,all this in one state. moving to another state dose this affect getting a license there?

most likely it does. For example, if you get your license suspends in Texas, Texas informs other states that your license has been suspended. Whether they listen or act on the information is a different story. Same holds true if you get your license suspended in another state, maybe they tell Texas, maybe it takes them a year to tell Texas, maybe the info gets lost in the shuffle.
The greater odds, however, are on the side of the other state finding out and honoring the suspension.
