moving while on probation
I got a DUI in Texas in 2007 and I still have 5 months of probation left. My husband is interviewing for a job in Oregon in the next few weeks. How hard, if at all possible, would it be to move from Texas to Oregon?

You will need to get the permission of your probation officer, and Oregon has to be willing to provide courtesy supervision. If you have been a model probationer, your APO may be willing to recommend an early termination.
