Occupational License
Can someone who has a Felony DWI conviction obtain an occupational license?
Do you HAVE to get a lawyer to file an occupational license or can you prepare it yourself and pay for it?
This second question does not relate to a DWI.

Tin can file a petition for an occ. Drivers license. It is up to the judgeto grant it. Do you need to hire an attorney? If you can get some forms you could draft them following the sample. If you are trying to cut costs, you could be able to file it yourself. Whatcounty? When did you plead?
