Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I've had a pending DWI case for 2 years. Everytime I go to ct its a reset. Does the Statue of LImitations apply here?

No. The statute of limitations applies to the time between the offense and when charges are filed. Charges were filed in your case long ago. If you are frustrated with how long the case is taking, talk to your attorney about filing a speedy trial motion.
