Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I was picked up for DUI on 12/19/2011 and had a bond hearing on 12/20/2011 and bailed out. As of 2/10/2012 I nor my bondsman have not heard anything from the court. How long do they have to charge and/or arraign me?

You are charged. Hire a lawyer to determine how you should proceed (if you should do anything. Sometimes just being silent is the best course of action.)
