probation and jail time

I have been on probation for 7 out of 13 months and for a possession of marijuana charge and i want to sit my time out in jail instead of probation. How do I make this happen? Who do i talk to without getting a lawyer?

Did you get deferred or straight probation? If you got deferred, the judge can sentence you to the ENTIRE range of punishment in jail. Very risky to do on your own. If you got straight probation, then you received a determinate jail sentence. That is the time you will spend in jail. You can talk to your probation officer. This is a HUGE mistake, by the way.
