I'm on probation in Minnesota. Missed a court date for a probation violation for not showing up as I have been in the process of getting foreclosed on. I ended up taking a job offer in Texas. Wondering the chances of me being extradited to MN. I am on probation in Minnesota, Gross Misdemeanor DWI. I was told at the last court date that I could do 60 days in jail and some house arrest and I'd be removed from probation.
Will they extradite? Can I get probation transferred with an active warrant? Will I be arrested if I apply for a State ID?

If the case is a felony, you can be extradicted. If it is a felony, you will be arrested if you apply for a Texas ID. You need to contact a Minnesota lawyer to figure out how to "fix" the issue there.
