i was pulled over after speeding and arrested for dwi. i explained i am a diabetic and hadnt taken insulin that day. after checking my blood sugar which was 350 they called an ER doctor and he said i should be fine. they took me to jail and now im fighting the charge because i know my blood sugar level wasnt ok. what can i do in this situation? would you consider this a relevant case?

Hire a lawyer. The blood sugar level may or may not explain some of the physical things the officer observed and believed (and will testify) indicated intoxication. Diabetic or not, if you were intoxicated - did not have the normal use of your mental and / or physical faculties due to the introduction of alcohol or a drug, then you were intoxicated. But, the state must prove it if you do not plead guilty. Hire a good lawyer.
