If i redise in mexico, i was just told that i have a warrant in texas for not reporting to probation, can a lawyer represent me if i hire one?

In most counties, you must appear in person in court to answer the motion to revoke your probation; a lawyer cannot do it for you. That said, if it is a small county and you hire a local lawyer who is able to prove that you have returned to Mexico and plan to stay there, you may be able to get the probation unsatisfactorily terminated with the payment of any outstanding fines and fees.
