I am a registered nurse and was arrested for public intoxication even though I was simply sitting and quietly smoking. Now I'm worried about my license. What can I do? Please help.

Hire a lawyer to fight the public intoxication case. The prosecutor must prove that you were a danger to yourself and / or others to sustain a conviction.
