My son was arrested this past weekend on a possession of a controlled substance charge. What he had was that synthetic "fake" weed that can be bought in smoke shops. He is legally of age to purchase that product. Is this a charge that can stick? If it is legal to buy in a store then how can he be charged for something like this??????

"Head" shops sell illegal things all the time. They can be prosecuted, too.
