My son went thru all the steps to clear his name to get a drivers license in TX. When he went to the DMD, TX was clear but FL said his license is perm. suspended because of DUI's 15 yrs ago. What can he do to get an occupational license so he can go to work?

He must get his license status cleared in Florida before Texas will consider issuing him a license.
