My son went thru all the steps to clear his name to get a drivers license in TX. When he went to the DMV, TX was clear but FL said his license is perm. suspended because of DUI's 15 yrs ago. What can he do to get an occupational license so he can go to work? Please, please, please someone just give me some direction for this.....thank you.

He needs to contact Florida - through a Florida lawyer probably - to see if he can somehow get his license status cleared (after 15 years.) Until he clears that issue, Texas will honor it and he will be unable to get a license.
