Statue of limitations
I have already served my time, then in 2001,I got a drug charge in Louisanna, I have 10 months on parole but doing it in Tx, did finish all class & doing AA & NA, now Parole is making take a DWI classes even how this is not what I am on parole for & they are making me do the drug class over again even how I completed it. I want to know can they do this to me for something that has been over with & what about the statue of limitations.

Yes they can. As long as you are still on parole.
