I am a teacher and would like to change districts. The application asks if I have had reeived probation for anything involving "moral turpitude." In the etc. list DUI is not mentioned. I was not convicted but did serve some probation time. Would I be required to disclose this under moral turpitude?

DUI and DWI are not moral turpitude. Moral turpitude includes sex offenses, offenses involving lying, and under the current state of the law - assaults on women.
