Texas DUI surcharge

I recieved a DUI in Wyoming in2006

and I just recieved a Texas drivers lic.

In feb 2009. Do I still have to pay a

surcharge ?

Hello there,

If you want to continue to have a drivers license that is valid you will have to comply with Wyoming's surcharges. If you do not pay your Wyoming license will get suspended and you will not be able to obtain a license with all states that participate with what is known as the interstate compact.
