Texas DWI- Ten year Gap
Under the Texas DWI enhancements and penalties for a 3rd offense there is a section regarding the length of time between a prior conviction and the new offense. This length of time is ten years under this particular law. I recently found out that this statute in the law was repelled. I want to know when it was repelled and it's effective date.
Thank you so very much!!!
