what are some ways to get a DWI charge dropped? i believe the police used too much force and pepper spray so i was hoping i could somehoe use that

Using force including pepper spray is not a reason for a DWI case to be dropped. That the State can't prove driving, can't prove intoxication at the time of driving, etc. would be reasons that the State would drop the case. You obviously need a lawyer. You should talk about these issues with your lawyer who will have access to the offense report and will know what the allegations are.
