Wife has been arrested on DUI charges, already released. Has been convicted 2 times though in last 15 years. 1st time she got community service, the 2nd time lost DL for a year. What could happen this time?

If she has two prior convictions for DWI then she could be charged with a felony this time. The case could be worked out for probation or pen time, or it could be worked out to be reduced to a misdemeanor. She needs a good lawyer.
