Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

Need your help

My wife went to a corporate sponsored event last night at a bar in downtown Fort Worth; she was among the Vice President of Operations and several other people from the company. She was encouraged to have a few drinks and after doing so it was closing time. She was driving home and in the process was pulled over and taken to jail for DWI... My main question is do I have a case here when I say that it would have been in the best interest of the employee(my wife) of this company to have someone safely drive her home instead of just knowingly let her drive home after she had obviously had to much to drink. To much to make a sound decision of whether or not it was a good idea to drive herself home? Is it worth my while to pursue this and at least try to get compensated for my out of pocket expenses such as paying the bail and the cost to redeem my vehicle at the impound, which totals $343.30? and also the fines that will accrue when she goes to court among other things. Your opinions will be greatly appreciated

Re: Need your help

Not likely to recover anything from such a lawsuit, except more legal fees. She is going to need a criminal defense lawyer very soon.
