Legal Question in Education Law in Texas
I have had a partnership for 12 years. The banks because of the Patriot Act want me to re-file the same forms. One partner has died and another wants to buy her share of the partnership.
All of my checks have been held up and people are upset because their checks have not cleared.
I cannot find a form to purchase, I have spent over $750.00 and cannot make anyone happy. What do I do?

it sounds like you need to clean up some issues with the business. Is this a general partnership or a limited partnership or ?? You want to take this opportunity to do some corporate restructuring. Feel free to call me if you want to discuss this further.
