Legal Question in Education Law in Texas
My sister is constantly getting harassed and is being treathened by another student and her mother. We have a recording where they are saying what they have tried and what is it they will do next. What charges if any can we file on them both?

Just call the police and let them take a report and figure out what to do. It could be harassment or terroristic threat depending on content and number of times. Be sure to keep a record of all contacts.
