My brother has sued for guardianship of our father including healthcare. He refuses to permit me to make any decisions on the care of my dad, even though I am the eldest son. He knows nothing about health issuesf and uses the internet to get his answers. What do we do to get help for my dad?

You need to hire your own attorney. I urge you to hire someone familiar with elder care law or this type of law.
Now that you are involved in the judicial system its going to be in the hands of the judge and strangers.
Being the oldest is irrelevant and carries no weight in the eyes of the judge.
