Competency to manage inheritance.
My 68 year old relative purchased several hundred thousand dollars worth of securities that she did not understand and the trades were marked unsolicited. She does not understand the difference between a stock and a bond and cannot tell me which one she bought. How do you determine if she is competent to manage millions of dollars.
