You need to contact an attorney and file an application for guardianship.

Guardianship is your next avenue to explore, and you should contact a probate or guardianship attorney to discuss the issue in greater detail. Be prepared to offer what facts you can regarding the APS investigation and what role, if any, your actions played in it.
