My parents are becoming incapable of taking care of themselves,physically and financially. As their daughter, with a POA with three other siblings, am I responsible for them? If so, what are my legal responsibilities?

When one becomes an adult, one is legally reesponsible for oneself..so one has no legal responsibility for one's adult children, nor do children have responsiblity for adult parents...LEGALLY...let your heart be your guide...

You need a durable POA, or it will be useless. Our Austin member attorney does elder law and can assist you.
