father in law
my sister in law has power of attorney of father in law and just recently put him in a nursing home stating that he is not able to take care of himself. In the process she sold his house when he told her not to. Can she get away with this and can power of atorney be taken away from her.

If someone gets a guardianship, they could control him and his assets..but with a poa...she could do what she did...
