Legal Question in Elder Law in Texas

Legal Forms

I'm using findlegalforms to get powers of attorney to take care of my mother. She wants me to have power of attorney in all areas, real estate, financial and medical. She wants this effective now continuing when she become incapcitated. I ordered a general power for Texas, but it does not appear to cover all areas. Do I need a general and durable power of attorney or is there one that covers all? Thank you.
