Legal Question in Elder Law in Texas

Having legal tussle over elderly parent

We've been having a legal tussle among siblings over elderly parents (both with late-stage dementia).

I would like to walk away completely from both parents (its harsh). How can I avoid taking any legal responsibility:

- Other brothers wish to put parents back in home. APS would most likely consider it neglect. I don't want them knocking on my door.

- Other brothers have misused social security numbers. Filing false tax papers to do day trading.

- Other brothers have been spending parents money recklessly.

- We have POA of mom. We had POA of dad but brother went behind back and got revocation.

Ugh!!!
