What form do i need to obtain legal guardenship of my mother?
She is maried but her husband has liver cancer and his son says he has guardenship over both of them.
My mom lives with me and her husband is in a care facility.

Contact a local lawyer experienced in Probate/Guardianships...but never believe someone who claims rights but will not show you proof..and even if he has proof...you need control...there is no simple "form" unless you seek a power of attorney..and you could find it online....if your mother is competent..
