pill addication
My mom is addicted to presciption medicaition. She is in complete denial and will not seek help. My father and I do not know what to do to stop her from driving or hurting herself or others. Is there any legal action we can take to get her help dealing with her addiction.

You should consult an attorney regarding setting up a guardianship over your mother. Also, you can check with the Texas Department of State Health Services (http://www.dshs.state.tx.us)
and the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (http://www.dshs.state.tx.us)
