getting power of attornet
My father recently was diagnosed with alzheimers. He isnow at a stage where we (his children) need to have power of attorney so we can do what is best for him. He has already blown $80,000.00 most of it on his new 40 year old girlfriend. (He is 75)His doctor told him not to drive and he does so anyway. What can we do? We dont have a lot of financial recources, but he has a $3,000.00 per month military retirement income.
