power of attorney
how do you change power of attorney from one sibling to another for their father who is 89 and has all his mental faculties.

you can't if he has lost his competency..but you could get a guardianship..so contact a local lawyer expeerienced in probate/guardianship or call us..but it depends on his assets..etc
