Power of Attorney
The Power of Attorney form states that the power will end upon my death. Will there be a period between the end of the Power of Attorney and the will probate that will leave my daughter helpless to do anything for that period of time, such as sell the house and pay off a Reverse Mortgage?

Re: Power of Attorney
That is why most probate attorneys recommend a living trust...the property is transferred to trust upon death and if your daughter is trustee, she can manage all your affairs without probate
