trustees
I am 40 years old and my mom died when I was 6. My grandmother raised me from 6 to 16 and then I went to live with my dad. She has a son who she has left as executor, she is in a assissted living home and still has her home in town. When she is deceased the will states I am left certain objects and 49% of her estate. The problem is that my uncle wont let me in the house to get my personal belongings. I am afraid he is wanting to sell the house and keep anything in the house for his kids. What rights do I have if any. Can I go in the house and get my belongings. They are already using the items which are going to be willed to them and me. Alsoi, she is 90 and has damentia.

I presume your uncle has a guardianship..if not, you may seek one..where is your Dad in all this? you need to talk to a lawyer in your area...too complicated for online advice..
