if a doctor tells you to get your affairs in order, and you make a will and then change attorneys' and make a second will the exact same can someone in a will from 14 years earlier contest the last when the person passed sooner than expected?

I'm not sure I understand your question. I'd like you to rephrase it. However, I'll take a shot. Someone wrote a will 14 years ago, and then wrote a new will. Assuming the new will is valid, it probably revoked the prior will. There may be an argument that the person making the will (testator) didn't have capacity to make the second will.
