Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Texas
Can a band that I used to be in sell a cd with my name and likness on it without paying me?
Can I force them to change the cd, sue for all the copies sold to date or both?

Yes, no and no. If you were in the band when the CD was made, as I am presuming you were, of course they can. Unless they are misstating facts on the cd you can't stop the truth. If they owe you something per your contract with them, then you might sue for that. Lesson to be learned, bands should have written agreements so these issues never arise.
