Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Texas
A professional hockey team took a picture of my friends and I at a hockey game last year without our knowledge, and we just found out that they are currently using the photo in an advertisement on a city bus. We were never contacted about the photo being used in an advertisement nor sign any kind of waiver for them to use it. Are they legally able to do this?

I am an Austin Texas Abogado quien representa gente lastimada en accidentes.
I know that the fine print on the back the ticket to most sporting events notes that you give permission to use your image in advertising.
If you wish to pursue the case further, you should consult with a local personal injury lawyer.
Good Luck!
