Trademark & copyright laws

I want to make a game using movie titles and actors. Do I have to get special permission from the companies? Will I get sued for using names? If I have to get permission how should I go about doing this? Any legal advice would be extremly helpful.

Sometimes in someways. Your question is too general to get a better answer.

In what way are you wanting to use the titles and actors' names. By saying they endorse your product? By saying you are sponsored by the movie? Like in trivial pursuit? By selling unauthorized pictures?

Get more specific if you want specific advice.
