Can my 17 boyfriend move out of his aunt and uncles house in texas legally? He is so tired of being there. They wont let him out of the house and he is considering running away. PLEASE HELP ME! He needs out of that house. They want to send him to a foster home.

It depends. The fact that he lives with his aunt and uncle indicates that there may be existing court orders regarding conservatorship or guardianship. If so, these court orders normally last until a person is 18 years old. He cannot violate a current court order.
