Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have 2 children and i faithfully pay child support as required. I want to go back to college, and I'm wondering if i am able to add them to my financial aid applicaiton? I don't recieve help from my ex-spouse, I have to drive 2 hours to pick them up and take them back, i purchase their clothing and necessities, because they send them with nothing, only their old clothing on their backs they have had for years. I need to complete my degree to give them a better future. Please help me.

I don't know what "add them to my financial aid application" means.

Here's my suggestion: Tell the truth. Tell the financial aid folks that you are paying court-ordered child support for two children.
