Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We have 3 children 12, 10 and 6. our mariage is very unstable. my husband is thinking about moving back to San Jose, CA for job opportunity and i refuse. what if, in case of divorce, he leaves for CA and I am in Dallas. how does it impact the children custody??

If he leaves the children behind, you will probably both be named joint managing conservators and you will be the primary conservator. He will have to pay you child support. He will get to see the children once a month and on holidays, summer vacation, and spring break.
