9 contempts settlement
my husband has filed 9 contempts against his ex wife for withholding his son. she wants to settle, can we ask for extended visitation modification to his custody agreement or is that a request that must be done in a separate a hearing.

Modifications are separate actions. You really need to talk to a family law attorney. It is very difficult for a layman to prepare and present a winnable enforcement action.
