Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm 17 and have divorced parents who constantly argue about what the divorce decree dictates visitation as. Is it possible in Texas for a judge to give me the right to move between their houses as I see fit WITHOUT declaring me an adult? Emancipation would essentially cause my father to disinherit me, and I need his help in paying for college.

Yes, but you have to get everyone into court first. Ask your parents for a joint mediation to resolve the confusion. It avoids court and avoids tremendous expense and trauma. Most areas have facilities that provide mediation in these situations. Might be able to solve the problems in one afternoon. Try to convince them both that it is worth a try. Considering your age and that you are the focus of this argument, you might talk to the mediator regarding your involvement.
