I am 24 and I want to emancipate from just my father and he won't give up his parental rights even though I haven't talked to him in almost five years can I get emancipated from him?

If you are 24 years old, you are by law emancipated. You can live anywhere you want to; you can get married without asking anybody's permission; and you can join the military if you pass the physical.
